 Brookgreen Gardens Launches New Mobile Version of Web Site!

This week, the new mobile site for Brookgreen Gardens was activated allowing users of mobile devices like BlackBerrys and iPhones a more user friendly version of the web site.  “Several months ago, Kathleen Zeiss, our Director of Finance, brought to our attention the fact that our web site was difficult to navigate using her iPhone,” said Helen Benso, Vice-President for Marketing. “So we looked at various designs and layouts and came up with a new site just for mobile devices that is much easier to use.” Benso continued, “The web site address is the same www.brookgreen.org but if you access it with a mobile device it automatically directs you to the mobile version of the site.” The mobile version downloads quickly and has a link to the full web site if viewers need more information.

Brookgreen Gardens, a National Historic Landmark and non-profit organization, is located on U.S. 17 between Myrtle Beach and Pawleys Island, South Carolina, and is open to the public daily. For more information, consult our web site at www.brookgreen.org or call 843-235-6000.
