Acrylic Painting- An 8-week course with Deborah Broad.  Make painting with acrylics easy!  Each class will build upon the previous, helping students to gain skills and insight.  Broad's approach to instruction is stimulating and it provokes one's own style. Classic to Contemporary- An 8-week course with Danny McLaughlin- This course explores Abstract Expressionism. Learn how to take a realistic image and express yourself through abstract painting. Beginners to advanced artists are welcome, but must have at least the basic knowledge of painting with some experience. Mondays, September 14- November 2, 6-9pm. Beginning & Intermediate Oil Painting- An 8-week course with Ruth Cox. This class is designed for experienced artists who know at least the basic, fundamentals to creating 2D works - such as perspective and shading.  With this basic knowledge, students will be able to focus on painting in oils and mixing colors. This is a great opportunity for experienced artists currently working in oil or wanting to learn the medium. Fridays, September 18-November 6, 1-4pm. Cost is $140 plus materials. Read more.
